RSS Feed
Receiving updated golf news and information from TheFairwayBunker.com just got easier!
TFB now has an RSS Feed which you can subscribe to in order to receive updates to our site as soon as we post them. If you don’t know what RSS is, it’s cool, we’ve got you covered.
RSS stands for “Really Simple Syndication.” If you have a favorite website, or a bunch of favorite websites, you can subscribe to those sites and receive their updates all in one place. All you need is an RSS reader, or “feed reader.”
RSS readers can be easily found because just about every major website (Google, Yahoo!, MSN, etc…) has one. For example, if you go to Google.com and sign in to your account (if you don’t have an account, you can make one in about 10 seconds), on the right hand side you’ll see a list under the heading, “My Products.” In that list you’ll see, “Reader,” which is your RSS reader. Pretty simple so far, eh?
So, then you click on “Reader” and click on “Add Subscription.” In the little box that pops up, type in www.thefairwaybunker.com/feed/, and you’ll be subscribed to our site.
Now, you might be saying, “Well, why don’t I just come to your site to read it?” And you’re right, that’s true. We really do want you to come to our site so you can get the full experience of everything that we have to offer. But, if you visit more than 1 site frequently, RSS readers are just a little more convenient. If you put all of your site subscriptions in one reader, you have updates to all your favorite sites in one place.
So, please subscribe to our RSS feed so you can receive up-to-the-minute golf news and information automatically. And please don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any questions.
