I’m not a big believer in the idea that you’re only as good as your equipment in golf. Sure, having top-of-the-line equipment can’t make you worse, but I also don’t think you’ll play like Tiger Woods if you get a set of the new Nike Victory Red irons. I’ve always thought it was 100% about the person using the equipment…people just always blame their equipment when things go wrong.

At the time of this post, Geoff Ogilvy is destroying my fantasy golf game. He is in the process of running away from the field as we speak in Hawaii. Ogilvy is currently at -11, with DJ Trahan, Boo Weekly, and Ernie Else trailing by four strokes at -7.
